If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.


Before sending anything back, please email us at eevis@creamfiles.com.

We’ll guide you through the return process.

Please note: Customer pays and is responsible for all the return shipping costs. 


Condition of Returns

Items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In original packaging


Please note that all opened packages and tested products cannot be returned. All products have to be in original, new condition when returned. We do not accept returns or refund products that have been opened or tried.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.


Please allow a few additional days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.


Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

Also, if an order is not collected and is returned to us, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

We don’t accept any returns made after 14 days of when you’ve received your order. When the return is accepted and processed, the money will be refunded back to you.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at info@creamfiles.com and we will reserve the new item for you, subject to availability.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at: info@creamfiles.com


  • Including photos helps us resolve the issue quickly.
  • If confirmed, we will either offer a replacement (if available), or provide a full refund including return shipping.

If Your Package Is Lost or Damaged During Transit

If for some reason your package is damaged during transit, or you receive the wrong product, you must immediately inform us: info@creamfiles.com. Note that you must inform us within 14 days of receiving the product. If you don’t inform us within 14 days, you will have to keep the item.

If for some reason your package is damaged during transit, you must immediately inform and file a complaint with the delivery company. We are not responsible for any possible damage made by the delivery companies.


Other

We have the right to change our terms. The customer has to read and accept the terms with every order.


We reserve the right to adjust the delivery and product rates.
